Yes. Durning booking, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book the inflatables. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any available future date.

We accept apply pay, Zelle, credit and debit cards online and in person. Balances must be paid in full prior to services being rendered.

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured.

The rental period is up to 8 hours. Over night rental is available for an additional charge. Let us know what time is best for you!

No, we offer free set up. However, delivery is $35 for services in Northwest Indiana and $45 for services in Illinois. Please inquire for delivery fees outside of our servicing area. Rates subject to change for holidays and peak summer season.

We will set up your bounce house at the time you choose and work with you on the best time to pick it up. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests in regard to delivery times, but cannot guarantee.

We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot, under any circumstances, set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Please note: If delivery location is more than 50’ away from where we have to park our truck for access, an additional service fee may be required.

Your safety is our #1 priority! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use. We do not book the same bounce houses more than once during any given day in order to allow us plenty of time to make sure our houses are spotless and ready for the next event.

If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held until you are able to reschedule. The deposit will be applied to any available future date. The rain will not hurt our inflatables. The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions. You have until 7:00am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone or you will be charged a service fee of $50. We have the right to cancel your booking due to severe rain or weather conditions. If booking is cancelled in our discretion, you will have the option to reschedule or we will refund your money back to form of original payment.

Our bounce houses have a maximum weight capacity of 8-10 kids or 700 pounds, whichever is exceeded first.

At this time, we do not offer customization for our bounce houses.

No, not typically. An attendant may be requested for an additional $100 to run concessions.

We do offer discounts/promotions during certain times within the season. Just ask!
